This two (2) bedroom, two and a half (2 1/2) bathroom unit sleeps eight (8) with three (3) comfy queen beds and queen sleeper sofa. You have two (2) wonderful balconies that face the Gulf of America and Lake Powell, so you get the best of both worlds! You get the breathtaking view of the gulf and also the serenity of the lake! You have a wonderful fully equipped kitchen to make family dinners and the adjacent dining area to have great conversations while you prepare your meals. You have a convenient half bath/laundry space right off of the kitchen for guests. A wonderful living room gives you access to the first of two (2) balconies with a serene view of Lake Powell. Upstairs are your bedrooms. The master bedroom ensuite has its own three (3) piece bathroom with a tub/shower combination and private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf, while your guest room has a perfectly appointed three (3) piece hall bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower.

Pinnacle Port has many onsite amenities available for all of its guests with multiple pools, tennis courts, bocce ball, his & her saunas, shuffleboard, basketball court, children's playground with jungle gym and swings, designated barbecue area, arcade, fitness room, and docks on Lake Powell.
