From the beginning, our property owners receive hands-on experience.  We are local owners and are here to help.  Our systems are professionally automated.  You, as an owner, have access to your online account portal from anywhere, with access to your property calendar and detailed monthly financial statements.  Payments are quick and easy with direct deposit.

We inspect and take a complete inventory of the property.  We help by giving suggestions for remodeling and redecorating to maximize the rental potential.  We pride ourselves on paying our housekeepers a higher rate than most management companies, ensuring a greater job.  All properties are inspected by a Dragonfly staff member after the cleaning and prior to the next guest’s arrival.  We purchase higher-quality sheets and towels for all properties.  This means we use a higher grade and higher thread count than so many other management companies.

We will personally see to small maintenance items such as light bulbs and air filters without the large service charges that most other management companies bill to you monthly.  We have contracted maintenance professionals on standby for larger issues.

Keeping your property in great shape and super clean ensures that we have repeat renters, which means more rental income for you.  We strive to be the best we can be and provide exceptional service to both our owners and guests.
