After managing rental property for over 20 years, we have seen and heard everything. From horrible guest and tenant stories to complaints about housekeeping and maintenance. Dragonfly Property Management offers a unique experience in property management tailored to fit individual needs.

From the beginning, our owners will receive a hands-on experience.  We will personally walk you through any questions you may have. We will offer detailed monthly statements outlining all income and charges for the month. Payments are quick and easy with Direct Deposit. An online calendar is available for each owner to block off personal usage. If there are any issues, you will receive personal contact to handle any questions, concerns, and negotiations.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Each unit will have a staging book, showing all aspects of the rental unit, a complete inventory, and the most recent property inspection. This way we can ensure that all items are placed where you, the owner wants them. The books will be referenced at each departure to ensure the condo is perfect for the next guest.

Housekeeping has always been an issue. We pride ourselves on paying our housekeepers a higher rate than most management companies, ensuring a better job. All units are inspected by a Dragonfly staff member prior to the next guest’s arrival.

Linens get a lot of use in vacation rentals. We purchase luxury hotel quality sheets and towels for all units. A Dragonfly staff member checks all linens as they return from laundry and pulls items that are stained or damaged.

Dragonfly Property Management uses Home Away products, allowing all software and websites to integrate. VRBO reviews will flow directly into our software to ensure that no reviews or inquiries go unanswered. In addition, this allows us to advertise on 32 different international websites.

The guest experience is streamlined with the app Glad to Have You. This allows the guest to have all information they need prior to arriving at the property and to communicate with us directly at the push of a button.

Dragonfly will personally see to small maintenance items such as light bulbs and air filters. For everything else, we use contracted maintenance professionals.
